Dr. Keshius Williams

Founder of Calm the Spirit Wellness Center, LLC

Dr. Williams founded Calm the Spirit Wellness Center with a vision of making compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care accessible to individuals and families across Georgia.

As a community-centered leader, she is committed to delivering person-centered care that honors each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Through her leadership, CTS provides evidence-based behavioral health services, workforce development training, and supportive programs designed to strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Corshell Williams

Corshell Williams oversees daily operations at Calm the Spirit Wellness Center, LLC, helping ensure the organization delivers compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families throughout Georgia.

Passionate about service, connection, and community, she supports organizational growth while fostering positive experiences for clients, staff, and community partners.

Outside of work, Corshell enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, spending time with her daughter, and making memories with her dog, Koda.

Pamela K. Carr, LPC, NCC, CADC II, MATS

Clinical Director

Pamela K. Carr is a licensed mental health professional with approximately 20 years of experience serving diverse populations across hospital, community, and outpatient settings throughout the Atlanta area.

Her clinical expertise includes substance use treatment, mental health disorders, crisis intervention, and supporting children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. Pamela is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care that promotes healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Harry Scott Gordon, LPC

Clinical Director

Harry Scott Gordon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Director with experience in behavioral health leadership and clinical supervision.

He provides oversight of treatment services, ensures clinical quality and compliance, and supports staff development within outpatient mental health programs.

His approach emphasizes ethical practice, collaboration, and improving client outcomes through effective clinical support and program management.

Dr. Tulisha Pate

Dr. Tulisha Pate is a dedicated behavioral health professional with more than 10 years of experience in case management, behavioral health services, and program operations, specializing in care coordination, crisis intervention, and client advocacy. Experienced in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized service plans, connect clients with community resources, and support positive treatment outcomes.

Skilled in trauma-informed care, compliance-driven documentation, behavioral health program operations, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Christian Counseling, along with certifications in Certified Peer Parent Support (CPS-P), HIPAA, CPR, Medical Billing and Coding, Phlebotomy, and Notary Public services. Passionate about empowering individuals and families by providing compassionate, person-centered support that promotes resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.

D’Wanda Singleton

Dwanda Singleton is a compassionate and dedicated peer support professional with more than 19 years of experience serving individuals and families through advocacy, mentorship, leadership, and community engagement.

As a Certified Peer Support Mental Health (CPS-MH) professional, she is committed to empowering individuals on their recovery journeys by providing peer support, resource navigation, crisis de-escalation, and trauma-informed care.

Drawing from her experience in supporting individuals facing housing instability, behavioral health challenges, and life transitions, Dwanda fosters hope, resilience, and self-sufficiency through person-centered, recovery-oriented services. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping individuals and families access the tools and support they need to achieve lasting wellness and independence.
